Canada Model United Nations (CANMUN) is a student-led Model UN conference that offers an immersive simulation of the United Nations. Run out of Southern Ontario, the third iteration conference will take place from April 4th to 5th, 2026 remotely. CANMUN 2026 is dedicated to empowering high school students from across Canada and around the world to engage with global issues, develop their diplomatic skills, and become the leaders of tomorrow. The two-day conference provides delegates with an unforgettable experience; featuring engaging debates in committee sessions, networking opportunities at open events, and excitement through our conference challenges.

Founded in 2023, CANMUN 2025 is the second iteration of Canada Model United Nations. We offer delegates the opportunity to engage in stimulating discussions as they represent various countries and roles in a range of international bodies. Committees will feature topics that are modern, historical, and fictional in nature, providing delegates with a diverse variety of issues to debate. During committee sessions, delegates will engage in lively debate and diplomacy, working together to create innovative solutions to some of the world’s most pressing issues. Attending CANMUN 2026 offers the opportunity to connect with like-minded peers, develop essential skills in public speaking and problem-solving, and gain valuable insights into diplomacy.
