For Delegations

Please read the below information before registering:

Before you can register your delegation for CANMUN 2025, your head delegate must fill out the Delegation Reservation Form for their delegation.
The primary contact for the delegation will receive an email, typically within 48 hours of submitting the Reservation form.
After your delegation reservation has been processed, delegations will be able to register for CANMUN 2025 through the CANMUN Registration form by following the instructions listed and selecting their school when prompted.

*Registered delegates will receive their assignments in 3-5 business days through email. Please check spam if you haven’t received anything and if it’s not there, please email delegateaffairscanmun@gmail.com directly.

Refund Policy

CANMUN 2025 Refund Deadlines:

Before December 21st, 2024: 100% refund on registration and guest room fees
Before March 1st, 2025: 50% refund on registration and guest room fees
After March 1st, 2025: no refund on any fee

Our refund policy is designed to keep registration fees affordable and help cover our prepaid expenses as a small non-profit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method less a nominal administrative fee for non-refundable transaction costs.

To initiate a refund, please email delegateaffairscanmun@gmail.com with the subject line ‘Refund Request – Delegate Name’.

Rooming Policy

The Overnight Conference fee is in terms of quadruple occupancy rooms. For those requesting lower occupancy rooming options, this is included in the registration form. CANMUN will not hold any liabilities of what happens outside of conference hours/meeting rooms.

Day Delegates
Instead of registering as a regular delegate, attendees have the option of registering as Day Delegates. Day Delegates are able to attend all conference events including the delegate social, however they do not stay at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel overnight. The cost of attending as a Day Delegate is lower to reflect the removal of an overnight hotel stay.
