Financial Aid Application Policies

CANMUN’s mission is to ensure equal opportunities for all by providing financial assistance to eliminate barriers to participation. Financial aid may be provided to entire delegations or to independent delegates. The purpose of the financial assistance is to alleviate some of the registration costs for students. For independent registrations, unique coupon codes will be given upon registration. For delegations, all delegates of that delegation are eligible for financial aid. Individual delegates of a delegation may also apply for financial aid by themselves. For delegations paying through an invoice, the funds will be deducted from the invoice. All delegates/delegations interested in receiving Financial Aid must fill out the Financial Aid Application Form. Each delegate/delegation may receive a certain amount of financial aid depending on their situation. All applications are strictly confidential and will not be used for any purposes other than awarding financial aid.
